Privacy Policy

SR App is built so your most private record stays yours. This policy covers two separate things: the app on your phone, and this website's launch list. They are kept apart on purpose.
The short version
- The app keeps everything on your device. There is no account, no analytics, and no server of ours that can read your journal.
- The only way your data leaves your phone is an export you tap Share on. It is yours to control.
- This website collects only what you choose to type into the reservation form: a name and an email. Nothing else, and no payment.
- You can ask us to delete anything you sent, at any time.
1. The SR App app
SR App is an on-device journal. When you write an entry, rate your day, or log a relapse, wet dream, flatline or urge, that content is saved on your iPhone. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account.
What we collect from the app
Nothing. The app contains no analytics or tracking code, makes no network calls, and sends no usage events, identifiers, or behavioral data to us or to any third party. We cannot see your streak, your relapses, or your writing. The AI features (SR chat and the weekly read) run on Apple's on-device Foundation Models, on your iPhone. Our App Store privacy label reflects this: Data Not Collected.
How your content is protected
- Your journal lives in the app's container on your iPhone, protected by your device passcode.
- There is no sync and no cloud copy: nothing leaves the device unless you export it yourself.
Export
If you tap Export in Settings, the app builds a JSON copy of your data and hands it to the iOS Share sheet so you can save or send it wherever you choose. We never receive it.
Deleting app data
"Erase all data" in Settings permanently removes every entry and your run history. Deleting the app removes its data from the device.
Health and medical note
SR App is a self-reflection and journaling tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and makes no medical or health claims.
2. This website and the launch list
Separately from the app, this site (seminalretentionbenefits.com) runs a launch-price reservation form while SR App is in final build.
What the form collects
- Price reservation: the name and email address you type in, plus the launch price you were shown (49 or 79 USD), so we can honor it. No payment method is collected on this site.
- Buy-intent clicks: when you tap a Buy button, the price you were shown is logged as an anonymous intent event, with no email attached.
Each submission also carries basic technical context: referral link parameters (utm), the page that sent you, and your browser type. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on these forms, and we do not collect your data unless you submit the form yourself.
Where it goes and how it is used
Submissions are stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider acting as our processor. The form only writes records; the data is not publicly readable. We use what you send to email you about the launch and to set the final price. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your choices
- Joining the list is opt-in. Every launch email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
- To have your reservation record deleted, email us at hello@seminalretentionbenefits.com and we will remove it.
3. Children
SR App is for adults (17 or older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
4. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how the app or the list handles data will be reflected here before they take effect.
